The short version
Luna has no accounts and no sign-up. Your tasks, goals, and plans live on your iPhone. AI features are powered by our servers, and we collect anonymous usage data to improve the app. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
What stays on your device
- Your tasks, goals, and plans are stored locally on your iPhone. There is no cloud account holding a copy.
- Your calendar is read on-device (with your permission) to show events on your timeline.
- Your voice is transcribed on-device when you dictate. Audio never leaves your iPhone.
AI features
Luna's AI features — chat, planning, and scheduling — run on our servers. When you use them, the information needed to respond (your message and relevant planning context) is processed and logged by our servers and our AI service providers to generate responses and operate the service. Your content is not used to train AI models and is not used to build a profile of you.
Analytics and diagnostics
We collect usage data to understand how Luna is used and improve it — which features and screens are used, and how you interact with what you create in the app. We also collect crash reports to find and fix bugs.
This data is keyed to a random identifier created when you install the app — not your name, email, phone number, or Apple ID, none of which we collect. Deleting the app deletes the identifier.
What we don't do
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties for their own use.
- No advertising, and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- No collecting your name, email, contacts, or location.
Data deletion
Deleting Luna from your iPhone deletes your tasks, goals, and plans — they exist nowhere else. If you'd like the analytics tied to your install identifier removed as well, email us and we'll delete them.
